"At one-time Mint products had good products and service. But now all you receive from them is trash. I purchased a 1999 to 2008 set of proof silver state quarters all 50 coins had hairline scratches on them yes all 50 and even on 3 of the plastic cases. Talked to Alisha said She was sorry and to return them at my expense of course after 3 weeks canceled my order and was refused a refund I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Alisha is rude and crude and does not care about the $ 4367.18 I spent with this company in 2018 so will find a coin company who will Do not give this company your business soon or later you will get screwed. "
"Pros: Most items of superior quality, excellent prices, friendly service, trades in both bullion for stackers and base metal coins for collectors. Safe packaging. No penalty for Paypal/credit purchases.
Cons: Allow time for processing and shipping.
Description: I have no personal stake in this company, but when a business manages to earn my trust over time, I'm going to share that experience. Mintproducts has a good reputation among coin collectors. Allow a few days to process orders when they are busy, but I've always received items in a reasonable time frame. Free shipping on larger orders, and this discount helps make them cheaper than several competitors. Hard to find a better price from anyone else for coin collecting supplies. A few coins in a presidential dollar album I bought were in rough shape, but that issue was an exception. Otherwise I've been able to trust that when they say "brilliant uncirculated" (MS-60+) or "gem brilliant uncirculated" (MS-65+). Haven't tried their auctions yet (link at bottom of their Web site). They offer "daily steals," and occasionally a mid-month special. Unlike some dealers who focus sales on obscure or expensive items, these sales are often interesting to me. I've corresponded with Minproducts, and they've always been friendly."
