" I Called to check on a part and to verify I had the right part number . It was in stock so the directed me to the web sight to order it which went smoothly and easy. The part arrived in two days.
I only wish they had emailed me a tracking number. That would be my only complaint

"We went to pick up an online parts order. Before making it to the front door we were approached by three salesmen begging us to trade in our car. Then when we get to the parts desk there were two workers. We went to the one not with a customer and he told us we would have to wait until the other person could help us. That took a long while because he was helping someone look up a part online and they weren't even sure what they needed...the original worker knew we were prepared with our printed order number. He was just too busy stapling papers to help us.
We eventually got our parts that were pre-ordered and paid for already. I will never come back to Miracle Toyota for anything."
