Poor craftmanship and they don't stand by their work.
I purchased 2 large beveled mirrors from this company back on 11/10/20 for my home in CA and the other for my house in WA. The one in WA started separating from the corner and the back is coming apart. The beveled framed mirror that is falling apart is a 60"x42".
I started interacting with Shawie Magtoto in Mirror Lot's customer service department on June 8, 2022 and continued through the month. Per Shawie's request, I sent pics of what was happening. I was instructed to take the mirror down right away to prevent an accident. Over the course of a couple weeks, I was told different things. First I was told that they would pay to fix the mirror or they would send me a new mirror without the bevel as they said the mirror is too heavy for the frame. They should not be selling large mirrors if their frames can't support the mirrors. I said I would see if I could find someone who could fix it.
After calling multiple stores, I was told that no one can fix a poly frame. I didn't realize the frame wasn't real wood to begin with. Shawie, they offered to send me a new frame unassembled to take to the local store and they would give me $100 for repair time. None of the stores will do this as they said it is unsafe to use a poly frame on a beveled mirror of that size. Shawie had even originally stated that they would only send me a non beveled mirror due to the weight issue, but now they were saying to have someone else replace with the same materials?? That made zero sense.
I proceeded to get a couple quotes on what it would cost to replace the frame with real wood. I shared this information with Shawie and then he stopped responding. It has been two weeks with multiple follow ups and no response.
I spent $909 on a 60x42 framed mirror that lasted 1 1/2 years just hanging on a wall. The one in my CA house is a little bit smaller and is holding up so far, but I am not holding my breath. Beware and do not use this company."
"I recently purchase a 33" x 70" framed mirror for my bathroom. After looking at specimens and choices I ordered what I thought would be a nice compliment to the room. It's quality was perfect and more beautiful than the pictures. Extremely satisfied.

"I made an error, I had a typo putting 24 instead of 42 when a few days later I noticed the mistake, I reached out to settle the matter amicably hoping they would charge me a processing fee, and fix the issue, as the mirror had not yet been shipped. They did not want to help me and are instead charging me money( 25 percent total product cost) to cancel the order, so for my money I got wasted time. Maybe others will have better luck."
