"Worst company.
I won a certificate on a Giveaway and I have being trying to redeem it for over 10 days now!
I had to pay $6 difference after using my certificate and I received an invoice for over $49!!! When I asked why, the owner gave me an excuse that didn't even make sense and said she would fix my invoice and send it to me "in a few". It has passed FIVE days now and she still didn't send it! I have tried to contact her and she keeps giving me the run around.
She said a contractor accidentally cut her lines, then she had a storm where she lives (I live in the same state and the storm was over 24 hours after I requested the invoice in the first place), then she said her employee didn't know how much was supposed to be the invoice, etc.. excuses, excuses.
The funny thing is, she sent the first invoice ($49) really fast and when she realized she only had to charge me $6 and not $49 she kept giving me the run around.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. For what I read, this is how she works. I prefer for a person to be honest and tell me it will take " X days" to send me an invoice than to give me the run around.

"I have had this same thing happen to me with Miss Things not only once,but twice! Yes im a glutton for punishment!! The first time I ordered it took more than 4 months to get my order with all of the "yes it will ship in the morning promises". I was upset but was told that they were new and "fixed" all of the glitches and orders were going out in 2 weeks. So I placed another order a while later (February 2011) and just got the package the end of June!!! At first they would tell me that my order was on its way. Then it was that they were all out of that fabric from the supplier and were waiting for new supply to get to them. Then they told me that they shipped my items and that came back to them!!! Lies!! I managed to get everything else I placed an order for my vacation but this one. After all of that they offered me $100 in store credit.Ya right. When would that arrive? 8 months later? No thanks. So finally when my package arrived every item I ordered was wrong. Wrong colors,fabrics and sizes! I emailed right away and they told me they would get back with me. Emailed 4 more times and still to this day no answer. They have left me with no choice (as I explained to them in my email) to file a dispute against them. Honestly this place needs to be shut down. They really are dishonest and are ripping people off. If you google you can find other forums from customers with all of these same stories. I will do whatever I can do see that this happens. Its just not fair and there are so many places to order quality items. Last note..... I agree with the shipping ripoff as well. its triple the price and when you ask questions they do not respond."
"Ordered $700+ inventory for my online boutique. Recieved a comfirmation e-mail on November 1, 2010. After receiving the run-around for months, it is now March 22, 2011, and still NOTHING from them. They do not have a contact number on their site, or their Facebook page. I have asked for a refund at this point. I was beyond patient. I have over 12 e-mail correspondances with them. They are ridiculous, and I will never ever order from them again, and I will make sure that I let everyone who will listen know about them. On their site...I even tracked my order and it said it was shipped Dec 17, 2010. LIES! I have the e-mails to prove their admission of them not sending me my items weellll after that date.
Update: I received my items on March 16, 2011. Items were shipped to my old address after numerous correspondances about sending it to my new address. I had three missing items, it took 19 weeks to receive my inventory...I'll be generous and say 15 weeks since they had a 3-4 week leeway time. I was charged $102 for shipping, and when I received my items in a moving box, the packaging slip said the actual shipping cost was $42. Owner found out I wrote a bad review, and she demanded an apology and refused to do business with me ever again. All I can say is, no love lost there! Plenty of other pettiskirt sellers who can deliver inventory on time, and not charge and arm and a leg on shipping."
"I placed an order on August 9th 2009 and have not yet received it and it is now december 18th. Yes it is almost 5 months. I have gotten answers that it has been shipped and it must be lost, no way to track pkg because they dropped it off in an overnight box, weather conditions stopped mail ( I heard the weather did stop for 1 day but if it was mailed when they said it was I should have gotten it way before the weather conditions. then a new one was being made and it was being mailed out. never received it. Then for my troubles i could pick out a christmas outfit. I was going to say thanks but no thanks but I gave in and tried to work with them and give the benifit of the doubt. Still nothing. This was over a month ago and the turnaround for the items is 2-3 weeks? I don't think that's quite right. Now christmas is almost here and nothing. No rockin denim petti (original order) and no christmas freebie. Even if I received it tomorrow the original skirt won't fit my daughter now. I have just emailed them to have them reimburse me and I am waiting for a response. I am NOT happy with them at all."
"I placed an order on May 12th and was sent a receipt that the dress would take 3-5 weeks to ship. I contacted the boutique after 4 weeks of not hearing anything and was told it "shouldn't be that long". Contacted after 6 weeks and asked to just be refunded if I wasn't going to get it any time soon. NO REFUNDS. Was told it would ship on the 29th of JUNE. Not shipped...contacted again on the 2nd of JULY and was told it would ship on the 3rd...again NOT shipped....contacted again on the 7th and was told it shipped that day!! I finally got it AFTER 8 weeks of run around!! The dress was not what I expected. Definitely not worth the money. I ordered and PAID for extra ruffles and DID NOT get extra ruffles. I will never shop at this store again. Extremely excessive shipping costs also. Charged me $13.85 for shipping and sent it Priority for $4.80. Horrible customer service!!! "
