" I ordered a dress from Sherri Hill and I'm more than happy. The dress arrived in Croatia within 5 days, even they told us they would come for 2 weeks. The size from the site correspond to the dress completely."
"I purchased 2 dresses from missesdressy.com. The Elizabeth k GL2229 The first dress came with the tags hanging from the dress (as is it should since they should be brand new) the shawl and the tag on the inside of the dress confirming the designer and the size. The 2nd dress didn't come with the tag hanging down the dress. It didn't come with the shawl, and the tag in the inside of the dress wasn't there, and wiring and strings were coming out in the inside of the dress showing indications someone wore it and sent it back! When I contacted missesdressy.com they asked for pics to prove what I'm saying was true. I sent them 3 different emails with pics and videos to show them this dress was used and compared the first dress which was new to the used dress they had sent me. They replied back attacking me with rude comments saying that I was lying!!! And they refuse to give me at least a discount back to my credit card for which I asked for to begin with! I have never in my life experienced horrible customer service!! I was sooooooo shocked to hear this companies respond even after showing them proof of videos and photos that there was indication this dress was used. Do not order or buy from this company! You will be tricked into paying for something used. These were supposed to be bridesmaid dresses and they were the only website that carried the last 2 sizes I needed or else these would've been sent back! At least have the courtesy in giving me back compensation for something that was used when you stated it was brand new!!! Terrible just terrible!!!"
"Ordered a dress for daughter. Issue with dress seam and also color of dress not what was pictured. Sent it back within timeframe. I asked for the store credit. They by mistake (and admitted it in writing) that they sent a replacement and instead of the company intercepting package I had to refuse it. Paid UPS 5 dollars to have it delivered on a day when i could refuse it. UPS delivered wrong. After many phone calls i got ups to take it back.
While waiting I registed A BBB complaint (as you read they have many). After 2 days of inquiring I got a store credit.
Noticed for another dress that there was one available in daughters size. Ordered it. Customer service says it takes 3-4 days to confirm order and get shipping info. Also, I noticed that although website said ONE available-- customer service when confirming said they actually have more. Wondering if this is a selling ploy or if they said many more in different colors.
So i am awaiting shipping. Note you have to push to get something done. Will not hesitate to start another claim if I need to or charge back . Hopefully not. I think the customer service tries, but the departments dont always communicate with one another. Also note that they have a FB page, but do not comment to any customers comments - good or bad. What is the purpose of a page then?
So hoping for the best, that is why I am neutral at the moment. "

"Be very wary buying a dress from Missesdressy. I found a dress on the Missesdressy website and purchased it, understanding that I could only return it in a 3-day window of receiving it for an exchange or store credit only. Based upon international shipping, I should have received it within a week.
TWO weeks go by, and I keep wondering where my dress is. I receive an email stating that because my billing address is different from my shipping address, I need to provide them with an authorization form. No problem, except for the fact that they had waited TWO WEEKS to email me this notification. The website said that I was supposed to receive my dress in a week’s time! I had paid international shipping to ensure that I would receive it on time, but international shipping isn’t much good when they delay two weeks to ship it!
I wish that were the least of my problems. I received the dress shortly thereafter, only to find that the dress I received was different from the one pictured on the website. Not a completely different dress altogether, but it had an extra band of sequins that was not featured in picture. The—now four bands—of sequins were much darker than the picture as well, and changed the entire style of the dress. I called them—understanding that typically they don’t do refunds—and requested that they would make an exception this time, since the dress pictured on their website was different from what they received. I sent them in a photo of the dress I received, along with the link to the dress pictured on their website. Regardless, they did not budge. They still offered me a store credit, but if I had known the dress I would have ACTUALLY been receiving, I would have never ordered from them in the first place. I have one year to claim my store credit, but I am extremely skeptical of buying any more from their website. Because here’s the catch: the dress I buy with the store credit is a final sale. No more store credit or exchanges after that. What if I receive a different dress again? My trust with this company is broken.
I am disappointed how Missesdressy handled this situation. I was hoping they would be more professional and offer to remedy the situation in a proper way. (Before I sent back my dress, they did offer to throw in a pair of shoes and a bra for the “inconvenience” of my situation. It was a nice gesture, but a pair of shoes and a bra don’t amount up to the $300+ dollars I spent on a wrong dress and shipping.)
Unfortunately I would have to not recommend purchasing from Missesdressy. There are much classier establishments out there such as Promgirl.com and Simplydresses.com. They offer refunds and are willing to work with you. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache, and do not purchase from Missesdressy.
UPDATE:
A few days after submitting a review to Better Business Bureau, Misses Dressy replied back with a professional apology and immediately refunded my complete expenditure, including the shipping costs. Although it was an overall frustrating experience, I am much more satisfied and appreciative that the representatives at Misses Dressy took the time and effort to remedy the situation. They also removed the picture of the incorrect dress from their website, so that the same mistake won't happen again. My faith has been a little more restored. I hope that they will continue to strive for excellence and the betterment of their company. My best wishes to them."
"I purchased a designed dress from this company on the 22nd. While searching for a photo of the dress online, I found an authorized retailer who was selling the dress for one cent less. "MissesDressy.com will price-match any dress that you find online at a lower price from an authorized US retailer, and give you 6% credit too! Whether it's cheaper by $10, $1, or even a penny, just contact us and we'll honor our price match guarantee." After initiating contact 3 different times via chat and twice by phone, they decide to not honor their policy and say they cannot do so because the other site shouldn't be selling the dress for less. "Dress is great! Wish I could say the same for the business. Return policy states they accept returns if shipped within 3 days of receipt with an authorization number. I called on day 2 for an authorization number hoping to exchange my daughter's dress for one size larger. What do you know? Coincidentally, the size she needs is out of stock. Yeah right! On day 4, I checked the website and it was showing the dress to be in stock. I called back to see if they would make an exception and allow me to exchange since the dress was now available. Nope. They strictly only accept exchanges within 3 days even if it is their fault that you weren't able to exchange within their allowed time frame. Furthermore, since my mailing address was different from my billing address, I received a request for address verification via email along with a request for a copy of MY DRIVER'S LICENSE! They said this was for my protection and to prevent identity theft! Did I mention they asked for this info AFTER they had charged my credit card?! At that point, I became very suspicious and asked that they just cancel my order and refund my card. They wouldn't do that because they have a no-refund policy! I had to change my shipping address in order to receive the $600 dress I had already paid for! Never again will I order from Misses Dressy and I will be sure to tell all my friends about their rotten customer service! "
"I am very disappointed from this order. before ordering I check with the store if they have the available dress and they told me yes and once I pay, everything has changed. They keep telling me we will update you by tomorrow and after tomorrow is my wearing day. I am in a very bad suitation because I choose this store from thousand of store but it was very bad experience. It seems we are playing a game, no exact time no exact word. They have wondeful Guide on picking the right size, since the designers do differ and the customer service was helpful as well, they awnsered all the questions I had, even helped me to pick the right dress for the ocasion, very helpful! "I didn´t receive the dress yet"
"I am not happy at all will this company. I placed an order with them, they email me saying one of the dresses is not available. I asked for a refund on that and they said that they will process that. Then I placed a second order the same day for another dress which again they e-mailed and said it is not in stock. Then I asked for another refund. Every time I talk to some one they said that it will be done the next they and there is a person named Nicole that will do them and it is been 4 weeks and they have not done anything.
They gave me all the excuse in the book for why this not being done, we are over our limit for the refund and so on......
Then when I finally told them that I will do a charge back they are telling they will do it and now I finally got to talk to "Nicole" and she says it will take 30 days for the refund which is outrageous.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I get an email several days later after the shipping time that is has not only not shipped but they cannot even get the dress!!!! They won’t refund my money!!!!! Obviously I would never order anything from them again I just want my money back they won’t do it . I hold for almost an hour to get disconnected.
To top it all off if you go to the website they still show the very same dress available ready to ship with in 5 days go on chat and ask them same thing their agents will tell you the dress is available to ship!!!
