"Arrogance is like the motto of the bulgarian branch of Mister Auto. They said that I am not going to be answered any questions which are not asked in just one ticket, WTH ?!?! Do they realize that not all questions arise at once? What the hell is wrong with those guys telling me that in the first place ?!
And this is not the first time they acted like fools. I was lead to believe there are several methods of payment only to realize they accept only a credit cards !! There local site clearly states on the main page that there are alternatives but noooo. When I reached the actual stage of paying my order there was only one option active!! That is frustrating when you do not hold a credit card , inst it! But this is not the worst thing. When I called Customer service they were treating me like a fool like I was supposed to know this beforehand.
I do not understand... really dont. It is like this is not the only job of the customer service ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ,... NO!!! More like Disservice !
Anyway, besides the awful experience of Mister Auto`s customer service, the prices are extremely GOOD.
Mister Auto, people responsible for supervising the customer service quality, take action and fix that issue as it causes your company only hard and tarnishing its name ."
