"I ordered a replacement part for my Ninja Auto IQ blender. It took 6 weeks to arrive. The part failed after 5 days of use. The seal broke causing the liquid contents to spill into the blender motor. Requested a refund for the inferior part, and they said that the only option was for me to pay an additional $5.99 fee for a replacement. I strongly suggest not using this company for replacement parts."

"Ordered replacement parts on the 30th of December 2020 and paid the extra $19.99USD to get my goods shipped to me within 10 working days.
A whole month goes by and still no goods. Emailed several times, they eventually replied saying my order got lost and they will send out my new order immediately. Goods received 8th February 2021.
They did not refund my shipping fee even though they failed to get my goods to me within the agreed timeframe.
Very poor customer service and tried to make me feel better because they finally picked and packed my original order like it was some kind of consolation prize that I should be grateful for.
