"This company is full of scammers I ordered an Ipod from them in November and 5 months later I have nothing I've talked to BBB and am currently talking to the Attorney General's office and the Postal Inspector and I still have nothing not even my money back!! This company should be shut down!!!!"

"I was promised my order within 10-14 days. After 30+ days of lies, lies, and more lies, I finally requested a refund. At this time, they stopped returning my calls and emails. I had to contact my credit card company in order to get the funds back ($17000). This is a horrible company who sells what they don't have and will lie to you over and over again."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This business is a scam--they charge you on the day you order, but you'll never get it. Check other review sites--they'll tell you the same thing. I ordered an item from www.mixitforme.com on the 8th of November, 2005 and still have not received the item--it's now March 12th, 2006. The item was paid for in full on the day I ordered it along with shipping and handling. I was told, upon ordering, that the shipping would take 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks later, I was told there was a problem with the vendor and it would be later. On January 19, I was GUARANTEED it would be no longer than 6 weeks until I received the product. It's been 18 weeks going on 19 since I've ordered and paid. I'm reporting them to my credit card company and the BBB. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"

"It has been more than 13 weeks since they billed me. I still do not have my telescope or speaker system. This company now says they don't know when I will get my items. They are a RIPOFF. They don't have the items yet they charge you then over 3 months later they still don't even have the items to ship. This company is a FRAUD!!!!

"These people are crooks! Don't order from them. They tried to charge me a 22% Restocking fee even though their policy forbids it. They also tried to charge me $400 for $170 in merchandise. They overcharged me, but then refused to adjust the charge citing that their "costs had increased." WTF? That's not my problem! Don't try to pull that $h!t with me!"

"I came across this website while I was signing in to my AOL account and the usual AOL pop up advertisements came up. One of them featured this company called mixitforme.com. I do not know what made me click on it. Once I was on their site, I was amazed by their low prices. First I hesitated from ordering but the fact that AOL was advertising I felt that there would be some type of legitimacy. I went ahead and ordered 3 Ipod videos on 11/17/05. My credit card was billed right away but weeks went by and no Ipods were received. I tried e-mailing and calling their customer service department on several occasions around 12/26/05-12/29/05. I would be on hold for half-hour each time with no reps ever picking up the phone. One male rep picked up the phone once and as soon as I heard my voice he placed me back on hold as if he wasn't supposed to pick up the phone in the first place. My patience wore thin so I proceeded and filed a complaint with Rhode Island's BBB. On 12/29/05, a female rep from MixItForMe contacted me and informed me that she had received one of my e-mails. What she meant to really say is that she received the BBB's notification of complaint. Anyways, I told her to cancel my order and issue me a refund. She seemed shocked. She told me that their normal shipping time is 6-8 weeks and that we were on week 6 and that she could still get my Ipods by week 8. The only thing is that she wasn't sure she could get them in black as ordered but white definitely. I asked her what has her company done for me to fulfill my order in the last 6 weeks besides charging my Credit Card? NOTHING!! And she has the nerve to tell me I'll have them by week 8 in white? I do not think so. I wasn't born yesterday. What this company is doing is selling products that they do NOT have in stock. They charge your credit card right away and use YOUR money along with OTHER people's money to try to find the best deals on pallets of merchandise from closeouts, overstocks etc. Meanwhile, you wait. Chances are you will wait more than 8 weeks. When you e-mail them concerning your order status, they will never respond. Their customer service e-mail will bounce back to you. I informed her I wanted her to cancel my order and refund me my money. She told me that it will take 10-14 days and I would have to fill out a form to apply for the refund. In other words, these guys will do anything to hold onto your money as much as possible. The rep was nice enough to send me the refund application form within 5 minutes after hanging up the phone. I filled it out and sent it back to them within 5 minutes. Well, 14 days went by as the female rep stated and guess what? Still NO refund!! I sent some follow up e-mails to find out the status and only one of my e-mails was replied stating they were processing as fast as they can. Now I will have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I will also look into taking further legal actions against this company. They are a JOKE! If you want to deal with a similar experience go ahead and order from them. Otherwise, stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!"

"I placed an order on 10/14/2005 for two IPOD Video 60GB. I never got the items. So I called in November and was told that they usually ship in 2-6 weeks. I waited to 12/01/2005 and called again. They told me they didn't have it in stock so I cancelled my order. I didn't get my money back until 12/29/2005 after a few calls. Don't buy from this company. They don't have popular items in stock but will charge your credit card. I guess they make some money by interests in this way. Trash company. Never buy again from it. "

"They never tell you when they are going to delay your order (I've been delayed 4 times). You'll be lucky to find out the reason your order is delayed (I didn't find out until delay #3). Sometimes they tell you they put you on a special list and then you call back and you really haven't and not to mention there may not be a list at all. . . Who knows? I'm tired of their lies, but I'm holding on because it is more trouble for them and I'm about two seconds away from using third party intervention."

"Although I was suspicious of this website's very low prices, I decided to risk it by placing an order. They immediately charged my credit card, but gave no indication of when the order would be shipped. Emailing their customer service produced no response. After finally getting someone on the phone, he assured me that my order would arrive soon. At this point, I knew that it was unlikely I would ever receive my items and my main priority was getting my money back. Fortunately, they did eventually refund my money.

It is likely that this "company" simply holds on to your money as long as it can, (to invest, gamble, whatever), and then eventually refunds you after you complain enough. Stay far, far away.

"I placed an order with mixitforme.com on 10/26/05. They charged my credit card the same day. On 11/28/2005 they had not shipped yet, I called them to cancel, which they did. The status on their website shows my order as cancelled. I had yet to see a refund after 3 weeks. The e-mail I sent them bounced back to me, and I get put on hold for +40mn when I calle them. I have disputed this charge with AMEX. I have also filed a complaint with the RI BBB. As far as I am concerned, they are crooks. "

"In August, I ordered a Motorola Razr v3 phone, a bluetooth headset, and a 1GB iPod Shuffle from mixitforme.com. I received several emails claiming the shipments were delayed and they would ship out "as soon as possible" I called several times over the past four months to verify that the order was being processed and all. Finally, I got an email saying it had shipped. When I checked the status, it said it was cancelled. I called customer service rep Tiffany and she said that she would put the order through again for me. I was then told not to expect anything before February! That is nonsense that a company has products avaliable on their website that they do not have and will not be able to send for 6 MONTHS! I am very concerned and do not know if I should trust them anymore. My order (which went through on the Yahoo system) was given the order number: yhst-52059271566221-1572. They state they are shipping products - they don't - then they state they are sending refunds - which they are not..

Same sad story here. I ordered the 60 gb Ipod from them in September - along with several other items for a a total of almost 500.00. At that time, their website stated 2 - 4 weeks for shipping. They have changed it several times since and now I believe it is up to 8 or more weeks. Regardless - it has been 3 months since I ordered my items. Have called and e-mailed many time...latest was a refund that was supposed to have been sent out on 11/15, well, guess what, it never arrived. So, now I have to start with the calls and e-mails all over again.

In my humble opinion these guys are floating sales...They are gathering money for items they have yet to purchase - they get enough funds, then buy the items, which they have to get cheap enough first. If you look at it closely - only a few have gotten what they actually ordered within a reasonable time frame. Their prices look good up front, but their shipping time is sooooo long, by the time the items get here, you could have bought it somewhere else for close to what they were selling it for originally.

I won't sit still though...Small claims court works wonderfully, and if I don't get my refund by next week, that's where I am heading...
