"I recently ordered a Geforece4 Ti 4200. I ordered it before the release date, I got a email soon after the order stating it has not come in yet and as soon as they get it in they will ship it, they shipped only a few days after this and now it is on the way. So far they have good services and great prices on most items. The only complaint I have is that when I got the email from them I emailed back asking when they would let me know when they expect to get it in I never got a email back from them, it did ship out the next 3-4 days but it would have been nice to get a email back."

I figured that was me. So today (the 10th) I called just to be sure it was shipping. I was told my order would not ship out until their next shipment on the 16th. I was bummed as I knew other companies had the card in stock. So I cancelled the order. Well I come to find out both by phone and email that I was given mistaken info and my order WAS going to ship after all. Unfortunately it was too little too late and I had already ordered another card. I hold absolutely no ill will as this was clearly a simple mistake. And everyone I dealt with both in email and on the phone handled themselves in a professional manner. I would do business with them again. "
"I preordered a GeForce 4 Ti4200 from NS Tech for only $169, $10 below the suggested retail price. They advertised $8 shipping on pricewatch.com, but when I placed my order, I paid $12.98. I sent them an email about it, and they said they would upgrade my shipping to 3 day for only $8. The card the I did order, one with digital video, wasn't going to be manufactured by the company anymore. NS Technology sent me an email regarding this problem, and I was able to have them ship me a different card, one without digital video, at the same price without any hastles. They were very friendly and ordering the card through them was very efficient. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future."
"Below is the message I sent to NS Tech on my first RMA form for a Ti4400 Gainward Golden Sample I ordered from these guys on March 27. Their response to the situation has been no less than OUTSTANDING - prompt, courteous and unquestioning. With my current computer project, I have had three RMA items and dealt with no less than 20 vendors. These guys are so far if first place it's not even funny.

"*I bought this card approx. 3 weeks ago, opened it up, took a look at it, spun the fan with my finger, read the manual etc. Everything looked great. I have been ordering other parts for the PC I am building and this morning began assembling my new system. I opened the Gainward box again for the first time after I had installed my new ASUS A7V333 motherboard, OCZ PC3000 memory etc. I inserted the card into the AGP slot and fastened it with the PCI thumbscrew. I was inspecting the installation and happened to notice that one side of one of the heatsinks, with RAM chip attached, was coming dislodged from the board. It appeared as though the RAM chip had broken away from the PCB. I was disappointed of course, but I did not want to risk booting up the system and shorting it out or something, although I have no idea what, if anything, would actually happen. The card may work just fine, but this seems like a fairly major issue to me and I didn’t want to chance it. Moreover, given that these are the new style of RAM chips and this is a $300 plus item, I was that much more concerned. Frankly, I am not sure if the card was just defective from the start, if it was damaged during shipping or what. I always inspect my packages the day they come in to make sure everything is included and that there is no damage. However, it is likely that I just didn’t notice this problem when I opened the box initially. All I know is that the card has been handled very little, if any, since I received a few weeks ago, and has never been booted up before. It has remained in its original packing (including the shipping box) in my garage – untouched - since I got it and first opened it 3 weeks ago."
I let them know of the situation and they immediately sent me a new card, no questions asked. The 2nd Card card arrived as promised, and lo and behold, had the EXACT same problem on a different RAM chip. NS Tech had since identified the source of the problem as a bad run of cards at a manufacturing plant in Taiwan. There was no way for NS Tech to know that they would send me a second bad card. They immediately sent me a third card the day I notified them - BEFORE THEY EVEN HAD THE SECOND ONE BACK IN HAND! Walter in RMA even opened this one up before he sent it to make sure it was good. Got here as promised and is working wonderfully.

"On April 22nd I purchased an eVGA GeForce 3 Ti 500 Video Card from Mixpc.com. Not only was there price cheaper than anyone else on this item, but I received the item in only 2 days selecting UPS Ground Delivery. Once I received the product I was very pleased when I opened the box. It was the full retail version with all the disks and even had the S-Video cable for the tv out. This was a surprise because they where charging less than most companies charged for the OEM version (just the card in a plain white box) I installed the card, and the thing smokes! Great frame rates, great perfomance, and a great price. I would highly recommend mixpc.com."
