"When my book came, I was impressed with the quality of paper and clarity of photos (even some bad ones). But one page was out of place, and I was worried. I called Mixbook, they answered promptly, got in and fixed my problem, had me proof it (all during one phone call), and promised to get the books to me by Christmas. Which they did. They didn't spend time fixing blame (was it faulty proofing on my part, or a glitch on theirs?) but they fixed the problem. I felt sorry for friends whose Christmas orders with other photo services were fouled up, without remedy. Mixbook came through."

"Lets start by saying I missed part of the things I paid for. My Fiance and I decided to design our wedding invitations using this page. We have to give thumbs up for the great variety of tools to design such thing, is also a very easy to use website, but BUT they never give you a customer service number to call to and don't even think about emailing them, you will receive an answer within two days or more. The paper quality is very good. Although we had to wait a life time for the invitations we ended up being happy. So PLEASE if you expect to have any of their product in a short amount of time DO NOT use this page."
