"After learning how mixbook works, and "feeling out" their site, I like it. I like how it's online and not a downloaded software so wherever I am, I can look at my work. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty user friendly and fairly simple.
Here's what I dislike. I dislike the amount of variety they have for their pre-designed books. I chose a book for my son maybe a year or two ago and that pattern of book is now gone. Why? They just don't have a lot of variety in all the categories. I wish they'd keep the old ones and just keep adding and adding new ones. If they want to keep me as a customer, they need to keep coming up with fresh new books. I'd like to scrapbook a new style each year as my 4 children grow up but can not currently do that with mixbook UNLESS I want to use the same patterned book for my children which I really don't want to do. They are unique individuals and their books should be too. But I feel that mixbook just doesn't really have a ton of variety in the long future of things. And I hope they can change that so I don't need to change companies. It took me long enough to commit to this one."

"I ordered two photo books. First one came flawlessly. Second one was due to be delivered to me 3 days ago. Still printing, and customer service CANNOT call the printing floor to see what stage this book is at. Of course, I need it in two days for a retirement gift. Mix book has NO phone number to call. You have to type messages to them and they reply with the same stupid message, but nobody ever gets back to you. NEVER use them! Still waiting......."
