The biggest problem was that it too three prints to get one that we were happy with. This wasn't perfect, but had we got this first time round we would have been satisfied with it.
The first print had marks on several pages and the second was out of order.

I was also not overly impressed with the customer service.
When we contacted about the problem with our first photobook, we were simply sent an automated email to say another had been request.
The second time around we got a personalised email, but despite the fact I was address by name (very informally from the start), I was never given the courtesy of a name from whoever was sending the message.

It wasn't a completely poor experience. The online process for setting up your photo book is excellent. There are several options and it is easy to use and gives a very professional finish.

I also used a reduced price first order offer and was given a partial refund - on request.

I would only consider using them again BUT only if it was at a very good price and I didn't need the item for a particular date or as a gift."

"I had a fantastic experience using mixbook! First of all, i love all the options available when editing the birth announcement i chose! ( most sites dont let you edit, instead you just fill in your information and that is it). I was able to move the font around, delete headings i didnt want to use and edit font colours!
The quality of the card was amazing! Shipping was suoer fast too! Customer service was the best i have ever had (small issue that they fixed immediately) and for this reason i will be ordering again in the future!
