"Where do I begin?
The video quality is atrocious. I stream from Amazon and Netflix on a regular basis and have no issues. I have very good connection and an excellent router. However, with MLB.tv I had frequent issues tapping into the feeds. Many times I would I get messages that a particular game "was not available at the current time." I would have to to try several times before getting the feed to work and then I would be plagued by frequent buffering. After an hour of watching I would be 10 minutes behind in viewing the action. The ESPN gamecast would show the game was over yet on my tv it was the bottom of the 8th inning. There would also be "deja vu" moments where the game would jump back in time 5 seconds and repeat what had just happened. This is particularly enjoyable when you see a player at the warning track getting ready to jump and the action suddenly goes back in time to the pitch being thrown. Unacceptable.
The auto-renewal feature is the usual crap as well. No notification that you billing cycle is over. Cancelling your subscription is purposefully difficult. Customer service is abysmal or non-existent."
