"I purchased a bar set for my home in January. I was told it was on backorder and I wouldn't receive it until June because of the Covid pandemic. It was delivered earlier than expected in April. It was packaged extremely well and all the pieces came. I was also refunded money for the white glove delivery because of the pandemic. I will definitely order again. It is beautiful."

"We bought two couches and dining room set at MM Furniture and couldn’t have asked for a better deal. It was exactly what we were looking for, designer, quality furniture for an affordable price.
We saw the same dining room set (designed by Ashley furniture) at three other furniture stores/websites however, MM Furniture had the lowest price; $200 less than the best deals elsewhere. If there’s something you don’t see on the floor, check out their website and order with minimal shipping wait time. The store will also price match if the website deals are better. "I bought a sofa loveseat. When they delivered it they left it on the porch still wrapped and took off. When I finally got help to lift into my house and unwrap there were many issues we with the sofa and loveseat. A huge hole with stuffing coming out, the legs as re uneven and weeble wobble, scraped up decorative nail heads. I called numerous times and no human EVER picks up, always a machine. Left messages - nothing. Now I'm left with a jacked up living room set. I will NEVER use them again. "

"I read reviews before I used MM and did see some negative ones about delivery time, but decided to go ahead with my purchase anyway, since I wasn't in a rush. I called and left a message and customer service called me back the next day answering my questions about price, discounts & delivery estimated time. Of course, I would have liked if they answered the phone right when I called, but they did call me back so I can't complain. I placed my order and to my surprise, my 3 pieces of furniture came in just 6 days! Also, the delivery people called to let me know that they were coming the next day, so I asked if they could call me the next day so I could open the garage (I cheaply used curbside delivery, but it was raining). They did call, I opened the garage, and they put it right inside the garage, no arguments. Also, the furniture was triple wrapped in plastic and cardboard inside that. I was impressed by how well protected it was. Nothing wrong with any of the pieces (I couldn't find the feet, but my husband did. They were tucked away inside the zippered bottoms of each piece). He screwed the feet on, and it looks beautiful! I can't attest to the quality yet because I've only had it for 3 days, but it looks beautiful. I sat on each piece and they felt firm and comfortable (the furniture is Ashley, so the quality wouldn't reflect MMFurniture anyway). Would definitely use this company again. I was Impressed."

"Ordered over a month ago. A week AFTER I placed an order for a sofa, love-seat and matching chair I received a call saying the chair was not available and would I still like to have the rest of my order?" Of course not!, I want the whole set. I asked for the order to be cancelled. After getting the run around about them not being able to cancel my order for a few days they phoned and said that they can indeed now get the chair. GREAT! proceed.
It is now a month later, I phoned yesterday for a status update and received an email today stating nothing except that my order has been CANCELLED!!! WHAT? I have been waiting over a month now for furniture, I have purchased matching drapes, area rug, end tables and artwork and I HAVE NO FURNITURE and NO explanation!! - MM Furniture will not answer my phone calls or emails. WORST customer service EVER!!!!

It is nearly a week later, and in spite of repeated attempts to contact Bill at MM Furniture, I still have not heard from him. Again I say..... WORST customer service EVER!"
"Mmfurniture was above and beyond. Not only did they have amazing pricing for the bed we ordered but the quality was beyond what we expected. My boyfriend and I agreed we will be having this peice for the rest of our lives. We ordered the white glove service and it was so worth the extra since not only did the delivery men (Chad and Cj) give us a 30 minue notice before they arived-but they were punctual, efficient, professional and so sweet. The office responded so quickly with every question and even after purchase and delivery sealed the deal with a noce e-mail. I am floored with this company and will do business with them again in a heart beat."
"We ordered two Ashley Long Knight Brown reclining couches and a rocker recliner. We paid the $90 "white glove" delivery fee. After our order confirmation email with the 3-5 week delivery promised, we received no contact. We called four weeks after the order to inquire as to the delivery date and were told it would be delayed as the couches were not yet made because the inventory was not equipped to handle the high demand for these couches and that MM Furniture has no control over the supply of couches. We subsequently were promised several production and delivery dates that came and went. We have called to complain on at least two dozen occasions and have now waited 6 more weeks without our furniture. They billed our credit card in full and told us their system has to bill the credit card or cancel the order after 30 days. So in fear of having our order cancelled, we paid the bill. However, we are still awaiting the couches. This week alone, we have called and called and the delivery date has been pushed off each time. Now we are awaiting delivery this coming Sunday, but I'm skeptical that it will actually come. And they have no intention of waiving our $90 delivery fee! Some white glove service! Beware of their low prices as they draw you in but may not be worth the hassle in the end.
Update (2/3/16): the couches finally came on this past Sunday. The store called and refunded the $90 delivery fee as an attempt to make this whole ordeal better. "

It's been 8 weeks and my furniture hasn't arrived. After speaking to support ( which was rude) I've been told "maybe" i'll get my order in the next month. After 8 weeks they don't even have any idea where the stuff is..... "Maybe" we can pick it up in a couple weeks, and "Maybe" we can schedule a delivery for a couple weeks after. "
