"No Problems. Phone was shipped within the specified time frame. I haven't dealt with customer service, so I can't rate that. But the process went smooth. I would buy from them again. It mentions on their website that there is warranty on the phones they sell; so I would deduce that they're not oversea phones. But I don't know for sure. One thing I know is that a lot of other cell phones sellers do not give you a warranty because they're oversea phones."

"This company bills for products before they ship and then takes, imho, excessively long to process credits for refunds.
I ordered a product on 11/17/06 via their website. They charged my credit card immediately. They told me on 11/20/06, via automated email, that they would not ship to the address I had given unless it was listed with the credit card company (yet they had already taken the funds from my credit card, not a hold mind you, they had actually debited my account). I told them that they could either cancel the order or ship it to my "bill-to" address as I was not interested in giving my credit card company alternate addresses (so I guess this means you can't order a gift and have it directly delivered to the recipient?). On 11/27/06 they sent me an email cancelling the order. On 12/07/06 they finally credited my account.
Now, to summarize, no product ever changed hands, but yet it took 20 days for me to get my money back ($500+).
If they had simply not charged me until the product shipped I would only have been irritated at not being able to ship to an alternate address. But, instead, they charged me immediately upon receipt of the order and I was forced to go through a long ordeal to get my money back. I think "long" is anything exceeding a week from the time that the order is cancelled, but this felt especially long as it was on the eve of Christmas and I needed those funds to go buy the same product elsewhere. Oh, and no one ever called me from their offices. No communication or emails whatsoever, despite several from me, except the automated system emails.
This is fair warning to anyone who might be considering doing business with them. Nothing technically wrong with their practices that I can see, so long as the consumer is informed of these facts in advance. If I had known in advance of their policies, I would not have ordered from them. Fair warning given.
**Update**
On February 3rd, due to the fact that there was a positive review posted here, and because an item I wanted was offered by mobilecityonline with a free 1Gb Ipod Shuffle, I placed an order with mobilecityonline. I had no difficulties and the order was fulfilled as promised.
I still stand by my previous comments and I have no intentions of ordering again from this company due to concerns over what happens when a refund or return/exchange may need to take place. However, I felt it only fair to reaffirm that if everything goes perfectly according to plan (meanign you know what you want and have no intentions of returning it or can ship it to your home address) then they may fit the bill. For myself, I appreciated the free ~$80 iPod, especially since everyone else was seeling the thing I bought at exactly the same price. However, unless there is another such opportunity, I will not be ordering from them again."
