"I placed an order for a smart phone repair on October 17, 2014 and promptly shipped my phone to MobileTechVideos, which was received on October 21. I paid for 2-day rush service. As of writing this review (January 5, 2015), I haven't received a repaired device, my original broken device, or a refund. Repeated attempts to contact the company by email were never successful (no replies), and only twice did I reach anyone by phone. On these occasions I was told my phone would be shipping soon. I even got the Better Business Bureau involved, but the company never responded to any of the BBB's attempts to contact the business. The BBB closed the case after 30 days of unresponsiveness and has downgraded the business's rating to an F. Steer clear of MobileTechVideos. I chose them based on very positive reviews they had received in the past few years on the XDA developers forum, but based on my ordeal and those of others that have recently experienced similar disservice, MobileTechVideos should be avoided at all cost."

I shipped them my phone nearly two months and I haven't gotten any response. When I called them to check on it for an update, they said that they were placing it in the mail only to find out they never did. Every time I call, they give me the runaround saying "The person working on your phone is out to lunch and he will call you back in an hour." But he never calls back. This is the WORSE phone company around. Please do NOT use these guys. "
"I just wanted to let you guys know about the poor experience my friend has had with this company. I will start by saying that I have used the service before and was very satisfied. So when my friend's Galaxy S4's charging port failed I recommended mobiletech to her. She sent the phone in and that is where the fun began. She did receive an email saying that the phone was received, fast forward two weeks and she has heard nothing about the phone, she emails them and gets no response. After a few days she finds a number and calls. She is told that "Josh" is out and will return her phone call. She finally gets a phone call back the next day and is told that the part had to be ordered, she then inquires why she was notified of the delay, they apparently have nothing to say about that. She was told that they expected the part to be in within the week and that she should have her phone back in about a week. Two weeks have gone by and again no word, not calls, no emails, nothing about what is happening with her phone. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS!. Of course I feel responsible because I recommended her to this company. I am also disappointed because I was going to send a phone in the get repaired. I know a lot of people have had good experiences with this company, as have I, but based on this recent experience I would caution anyone about using them."
