"I am going to update my previous comment concerning their support. It took a while to get a reply from their support and I only really recieved a phonecall after posting on this site. The person I spoke with had seen my negative rating on resellerratings.com so this site is definitly great for voicing out. That said the CSR (Jarret) was very helpful and I'm in the process of getting the mistake settled. Most problems seem to be with contacting support and I think its due to the company having probably just one guy to run the show and he let me know he is sorry and that it takes time for him to answer all inquiries and calls close to the holidays. I've cooled off a little now so I'm changing my review from very disatisfied to neutral right now. A few mistakes is part of the learning process of any business and I hope they can find ways to work out some of the weakspots with support. As soon as the issue is resolved fully on both ends I may return and bump up to somewhat satisfied."

"I was one of the many who preordered DS-Xtreme for Modchipstore.com. Throughout the entire delay of the product, I've never such a helpful representative (Jarrett) in the product's forum. He patiently answered my questions and response was fairly quick. The shipping method that they implement too was really nice. Got to me in less than 24 hours from Texas to Illinois even though I picked a 2-day shipping. Best of all, they even give free gifts for being loyal to the preorder. What more can you ask?
Overall, I truly recommend this store for anyone who's looking for quality products and great service. A++ from me.

Sending cryptic answers, or even just obvious form letters. Upon finding Jarrett's communications to your other customers, I've become a convert. ModChipStore.com itself is also easy to navigate and sales policies were clear. As for the product I ordered (on the 25th of November, 2006), they don't charge anything until they ship the product, and what I bought was a preorder they will ship out on the 6th of December.

"Excellent customer service so far from this reseller. The item (the infamous DS-Xtreme) has still not arrived but this is due to numerous issues and bad estimates with the manufacturer. However. ModchipStore has kept up an online presence, answered all questions truthfully and even tried to compensate customers for something that is not their fault. I measure an online reseller not by how fast an item gets to me, but how well they respond when there are problems. So far the customer service has been nothing but excellent."
