I had to followup via email to determine if it arrived and was told that I should have known that the mod was out of stock and would come in next week.
Their web page dated 7/5 says that they will be in on 7/6 "hopefully".

My online check on order says "Installation Pending Estimated Shipping Date Tuesday, July 18, 2006 7:30 PM EST"

Their product may be good but their communications and followup on orders stinks!
This is Aug 5 and I have yet to even hear that my order is being shipped to me.

"I made an order to get the Undiluted platinum modchip installed in my psp on june 29. I shipped it and it was recieve July 7. I got my PSP with the chip installed just fine and it works great. They also offered me a warranty on the installation in case anything ever goes wrong."

"I purchased a xenium 24k from modchipstore.com as they were the only site that had it in stock. Order status on web site stated that my order had been processed and should ship the following day so I assumed that everything was OK. Shipment was to an APO address in Iraq so I was not surprised when I did not receive a tracking number. Two weeks passed and I sent an inquiry to see if my item had actually shipped because I had noticed that their web site listed the item as out of stock. I received an email from them stating that they did not know how I was able to order the item because it was out of stock, in their words "just like the page stated". Sent a response back to them asking why I had not been notified that the item was out of stock and why my credit card had already been charged, when they expected to have the product back in stock, and what the difference in price would be if I changed my order to an X3 chip, Four days passed with no response so I generated a new ticket through their support system asking them the same questions. Again I received another pointless email that yes the product is out of stock. I have since let them know that I would like to cancel my order and I will try to purchase the product from someone else. Be very cautious purchasing from this company, support seems to be a joke and trying to contact them if something goes wrong is a big waste of time."
