"No customer service what-so-ever.. I'm definitely not impressed with this company.
I ordered the "G6 DS - REAL (16Gbit 2Gigabyte) Slot-1 Cart for Nintendo DS / DS Lite" and received 2 e-mails immediately which were both automated.. The first one was to confirm my account creation, and the second one was the receipt for my order.. After not being charged, and not receiving any information about the order the next day.. (Back order.. out of stock.. something) I cancelled the order using their online form, and via e-mail.. as their site said that their online support was having difficulties, and I wanted to make sure they got the cancellation.
Still no further e-mails... Nothing to update the order or reflect my cancellation of the order.
After reading the reviews of other customers here, I am more than a little concerned that something bad will happen with this.
I'm glad my credit card hasn't been charged (yet)... I don't know anything about this company being a scam or not, but it would have been nice to be able to get the item I ordered..
If anything further happens with this store, I'll update this post."

This store took my details and never answered a single communication I sent. I requested that the order be cancelled ages ago and still nothing. I have not been billed but I'm not happy about them having my credit details and a bill that's been pending for so long. I bought the hardware I wanted from a second store in the meantime."

Ordered a Wiikey from this bunch drug dealers without checking them out first, placed the order and 24 hours later it came of my card, kept checking progress of the order, nothing... You wont get what you paid for, and you'll never get them on the phone either, after a 10 days of emails and tickets I finally Pi**ed someone off enough to answer my email who informed me that my order was still in the que... like after a week and a half dude, come on!! he also said that they hadnt charged my card, well they did... and I told him...dont be missled, steer clear...

"The most worst buying experience in my entire life (no joke). Place an order on Nov 19, credit card was billed a few HOURS after order. I never get the item nothing received since. IT IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS!! This is definitely a criminal enterprise. Placed a trouble ticket, since that is the only way they have on their site to contact them, got the instant automated respone that "Your ticket has been received, one of the staff members will review it and reply accordingly. But no one contact me since. Placed second ticket on the website a week later and still no answer. It's 2 months now and still no reply. STAY AWAY from this website at all cost.

In the past, I had ordered x widgets from modchipstore.com in the past and received no problem. The widgets were sent DHL and arrived next day, or, at most two days later.
This Novemeber I decided to order another widget since I hadn't had a problem in the past, however, it's been almost a month now with no contact from the store what-so-ever.
I have filed a claim with my CC Company to get me back the $50 that was ripped off of me.

This is definitely a criminal enterprise in my opinion, I am looking into setting up a site site to solicit donations (under $5) to hire a legal investigator or up to and including a lawyer if possible. "Placed an order on Dec. 4th, got the "thank you for your order" e-mail with an order number and a link to track it. Site said it can take 7-10 days for parcel to arrive, so I gave it 2 weeks. When nothing showed, I tried tracking, and the tracking link they sent was no good. " And still nothing, no word whatsoever. This is no way to run a business, how do you stay in business when you ignore customers?
Needless to say, due to the fact that they don't fill orders, and don't return e-mails, or reply to thier own "trouble tickets", I can't recommend anyone even try to do business with them. O.K. If your stubborn, you can try, but they won't ship anything to you."
