"Seems like im not alone here. I am a second time customer to the mod chip store. I bough a wiikey couple months ago and everything went pretty smooth, I was so satisfied. So then I went bak to this company on 11-21-07 and ordered 2 cyclo ds with 3 days DHL shipment option. When I was ordering, it clearly showed that the items were in stock and would be shipped within 24 hours. I checked the order process the next day and it says no tracking number and my order is not yet been processed. So I think, alright, they mite need some more time to take care of me. So I waited for 3 days, then checked the status again. Nothing had changed, so I fired them a ticket and asked about my cyclos. No response for 2 days, so I followed their recommendation and fired them a reply on my original ticket. Still no response. My order was still not processed yet, while they still claimed the item was in stock and available, ship in 24 hours! What a lie that this company is telling! So I finally decided to cancel my order and fired them a new ticket and asked them if the items were shipped out but status was not updated, I would be fine and by all means take my money. I asked politely and even briefly summarized the content of the ticket in the subject, set priority to urgent. Yet 2 days passed, no reply back. so I notified my credit card’s issuing bank to prevent any transaction request by the mod chip store, and taking the business somewhere else. It is totally a frustrated experience of buying stuff from them, they dun seem like caring about customers and would not want to support you. But I guess this all happened because the company is under new ownership. So I am telling you and myself, not to buy anything from the modchipstore! and i will never buy anything from any store that is run by da same guys from the modchipstore, as they really deserved it."

"A friend ordered an M3 Simply from them in January and it was delivered in days. Because of this, I ordered the same thing 3 weeks ago and I am sorry I ever did. They "processed" my order two days later and charged my card. They have not sent anything, they don't respond to their service requests or e-mails. You cannot cancel except via their service system that they are ignoring. I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company and ordered the card from a different store."

"I preordered a R4DS with 1 gb MicroSD combo from modchipstore.com. I waited for more than 2 weeks and still it didn't come although their order status says "Processed". I sent emails but nobody ever replied. They charged my credit card even though their policy says they wouldn't until they're in stock.

"I hate to be the guy that gives a positive review of a website that has so many bad reviews, but I figure if I had a good experience.
I ordered a DS-Xtreme from them before their "new ownership" problem. Unfortunately, they were all sold out, which was not a huge surprise, as they were pretty much selling like hotcakes. However, as soon as they were in stock, I got my DS-Xtreme, in a timely fashion as well."

I've opened a few tickets, all of which remain open but unanswered. Currently, I am requesting a refund. I have order from modchipstore.com too on sept 20 a nintendo ds Cyclo Evo. When I press the tracking status (each day until 2 weeks later) it said no information available. I have send 4 messages and open 3 tickets and never get they answer it and only receive the automatic server reply. Also they offer support online but ALWAYS is OFFLINE, so why they offer something is not available (so easy with msn or yahoo live). Will be better for me go ahead and cancel my order and notify my bank. This site supports and customer service is really is bad. I don't recomend this site anymore unless you want loose you money or have it on the "twilight zone". I will try other site. Hope one admin from them read this post and let me and others knows the orders status."
