I received a prompt reply to inform me that my DVD had been returned to them by USPS. The business owner said they would resend via another method and also offered me a digital download as an alternative. I took the download. Quality is good and given how hard the film is to find I am satisfied by the service. My low star review on shipping reflects my experience. Now the business has swapped postal service I think it should improve."
