"First, I paid for a zenium ice kit 2 x-s-oe ease kits and some case mod parts.Paid extra for overnight shipping. After 2 weeks, still had no merchandise even though my credit card was charged. After 1 month I finally recieved a partial order. After calling and emailing for several weeks with no response, I began posting negative comments in all the related forums. Modwhiz(Jeff)Decided to mail bomb me! This is the worst experience that I have ever had, PERIOD. It took me four months to get what I ordered from them. "I purchased some parts on 30 July 2005. Paid USD $37 (that's right thirty seven dollars) for International FedEx Express 2-4 days. Nothing received by 27 August so I emailed Modwhiz. No reply. Emailed again on 30 August. No reply.
So I am about to contact my credit card issuer to dispute the transaction. Talk about crap service.

"My first order with ModWhiz went very smooth. Ordered Xenium S.P. Ice w/ next day delivery and it was shipped out the very next day, emailed me the tracking number and I got it the next day!
My second order was not so good.... I placed my order on April 15th for the same product, and this time decided to go with ground shipping. On April 18th I still had not heard anything or received a tracking number, so I emailed them asking what was up. No answer.
I did not hear anything at all until the 21st when I received a FedEx Pre-Shipment notice, w/ tracking number. Eventually, my chip arrived on the 28th."
