"I wish I could give zero stars and that I could share photos here. I purchased a $4K couch, and the middle cushion was totally flat. They replaced it with a new middle cushion, which was then much more down-filled than the two side cushions. I provided photos to customer service as well as to the manager at the King of Prussia store, Rose, and she said if she had that couch in her showroom she would request new side cushions. The couch looks ridiculous, with the middle seat sitting inches above the side seats. Gary from customer service is the worst. You should review their rating with the BBB. I should have done that before purchasing. "
"I purchased a Modani JEmpire Sofa which was over $4,200, PPROX. years ago and the leather wore thru. I live alone and sit on this sofa in one area and it is worn out. I called and spoke with Ginny in Corporate and she said no insurance cosequently nothing Modani Furniture would do. This item was purchased February 7, .2019. I have 30 year old leather chairs and sofa's that show no wear at all. Very Disappointed in the Moodani quality.

"Purchased the Mateo Rug (8'x10') for $790 from Modani. After a few days, I noticed that it was shedding. I figured that it was just some loose strands and that it would stop soon. Well, two months later and it's still shedding. I contacted Modani and they told me that it was beyond their 7 days manufacturer's warranty on defects. OMG 7 day warranty!!! They informed me that if I wanted more than 7 days, I should have bought the extended warranty. Extended past 7 days! That's like buying a product as-is. Warning to anyone thinking about Modani Furniture - the "Discounted" price on the website is all show. It's always discounted. You'll also notice that the discounted prices is still expensive. It's not a deal by any stretch. If you want any kind of accountability for manufacturing defects, then you are going to pay quite a bit more.
Not cool. Now I'm stuck with a carpet that is shedding like a long-haired dog in summer. "
"Bergamo brand is poor quality from both points of view: leather and manufacturing. In addition, the customer service is horrible, lacking communications among the store, central office and the delivery contractor, which causes delays and confusion on what's going on.
Also, don't accept paying for delivery. In case of product defect and need for return under warranty, Modani will reject refunding the delivery charges, which are quite high ($417 or higher). I'm opening a case in small claim court as we speak.
My advise - shop somewhere else."
"I placed an order on November 10 and until today, I haven’t received my order. Modani Furniture has been giving me the run around for over a month. Their customer service is terrible and no one knows what they are doing. If you request to speak with a supervisor or manager, customer service gets an attitude and tells you they can’t put you in touch with a manager. I paid extra $99 for white glove delivery service and I can’t even get a tracking number. Contacting Modani Furniture on Social Media is useless, they have zero customer service on Twitter, Instagram or FB and they ghost you when you ask for info regarding your order. As of today, I am without my money and without my order and not even once, someone from Modani called to apologize or give me an explanation about what is going on and what they are going to do to fix it. I used to be a good client of Modani in NYC but after this experience, not again. Beware with ordering from the Modani website. Your order will never arrive and they will ghost you. "

"I called to open a claim for the console table I purchased in 2021 with an indoor service plan for 3 years. The glass broke and I needed it replace. I spoke with Michelle, very nice and professional, whom immediately sent me a text message to send in pictures of the damage and within 15 minutes she had set up a replacement delivery to fix the issue.
