"Ordered x360usbpro bundle for $114.76 on April 12, 2011 due to its low price and great reviews. Waited for over a month and didn't received my item so I contacted Sylvester G. to ask what happened to my order. His reply was I have to pay an extra $10.00 to shipping. I said to him forgot it, I want to cancel my order so I can order x360key (a newer mods), he gave me my refund back but only $109.03. I asked him why do I only get 109.03 back out of the 114.76, he said he charged 5% for "refund".

So now I just lost $5.75 and a month of time for something I didn't received. I was going to use my refunded money for x360key at modchip central like I intended because I just need to paid $4.18 extra to cover the difference between my initial order and x360key. But due to their crappy policy and the lack of friendly customer service I m going to another reseller.

"I ordered a vampire rebuild kit from modchipcentral.com on 1/18 late at night and paid for overnight shipping. The good news is these guys shipped my order quickly, and I received the package on 1/20. The bad news is the "kit" is missing parts. I submitted a contact with the site and hopefully they'll make good on the order and ship the replacement right away and with the proper overnight postage.

Edit: I contacted them via the website (as it was again late in the evening) and received a response promptly first thing in the morning with an apology and an indication they would ship the missing parts immediately.

A problem that should not have occurred, but mistakes happen - we're all human. Given that the extra shipping probably means they're taking a loss on the order overall I'd say these guys have amazing customer service!"
