"Was definitely scared to order based on the other reviews but I was looking for an older product and almost no vendors carried it anymore. It was on a get rid of it sale at modchip.ca (so that SHOULD mean that they do have it stock...) so I very warily tried it. I recieved my product within about 10 days (used the slow mail). I got what I wanted, just checked to make sure it works, it does. So I`m happy. :)

I want to thank your support department for the excellent service I received for my R4i.First I ordered M3iZero on June the 15th 2012 but it was no longer available so they offerred to replace it with R4i order ID #120610204506.
I had a problem with the firmware version so I sent a mail to
the support and that person gave me the link where I could get it and also told how to install it. I was very pleased to get such a good service. Il will buy again from you.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I wish I had read the other bad reviews on here before placing my order, because they are all exactly my experience with this shady company.

1) They don't tell you that a product is out of stock until AFTER you have already given them your money. Then, they send you an email "informing" you that your purchase is a "pre-order" and if you want to cancel, they'll charge you a $20 fee.

2) They don't respond to emails OR tickets even though they specifically state on their website that "It may take up to 24 hours to get a response via email. Please use the support ticket system for a faster response."
24 hours or sooner is a total lie, these guys ignore you for weeks whether you submit a ticket or email them. I've emailed multiple times and opened multiple tickets, all I wanted was an approximate ETA, and the only response I got (weeks later) was that my order was "ON HOLD" and if I wanted to cancel they would charge me.

3) Finally when my item was in stock, and I responded to their "ON HOLD" email asking them to please ship my product, they ignored my email, ignored tickets I opened, and never shipped my product. I finally got a response from "manager Chris" saying that my product would ship "Monday" ONLY after threatening to complain to the Better Business Bureau (from other reviews, I learned this is the only way to get them to stop ignoring you). Well, Monday was two days ago, my product still hasn't shipped, and my tickets continue to be ignored.

So I will be posting this review on every site I can find, and asking the BBB to intervene so I can either get a refund or actually get the product THAT I PAID FOR A MONTH AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED."

"This site is horrible ordered 3 items 3 weeks ago and the status on the still says pre ordered items. This bothers me because they don't indicate this before you buy the item. All it says is that you're packed will arrive in 2-3 days. And on top of that they have horrible communication on the site wrote them an email about the issue and after 3 weeks still no reply. I advise future buyers to refrain from purchasing from this site because they most likeley won't have it in stock and theyll only let you know after you've paid for the item"

"This company is not legit, go through all of the ratings and look at the ones with low scores, those are real...fairly certain all others are posted by them. I ordered 2 parts two months ago and still have not received them. Emailed responses are robotic and vague like described by many unhappy patrons. My parts magically went into a pre-ordered status after I ordered them and have remained there this entire time, yet their website doesn't reflect this. I havent cancelled yet after reading about their cancellation fee from unhappy users on here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"I purchased the ck3i kit with probe and chose the one day delivery option. It arrived the next day! All i can say is you better hope your device is not defective! I returned my product the day before thanksgiving and I still have not received a replacement. They were good about emails at first, but then i had to hound them to get any info. I believe they would have ignored me if it wasn't for me keeping them honest. To sum it up they get a five star if the product is working, but a 1 star for returns.

UPDATE: I have been in contact with these people. Should be getting it resolved. Took longer than it should but no worries. They are responding to all my emails now, which is why i have updated my review of them. "

"I placed an order Sunday, August 21, 2011 for Wiikey Fusion + drivekey. I figured I would get the product shipped a day or 2 after I placed my order but find out that it is back ordered or something. I am not sure how it is on back order when they never stated the item was on back order before I ordered it! Any contact with customer service has been like talking to a wall ..all reponses are very brief and vague. I later asked for a full refund and they said that they couldnt give me a refund because I used debit. This doesnt make any sense to me. a few weeks ago I received an email saying that they are shipping all back ordered items. I am still waiting for the product to arrive. Today it is February 24th, 2012 over 6 months later! I just want my money back at this point. Since after all this time you would think I would try to find something else!

Update.. I finally received an email back from these guys! They told me if I TAKE THIS DOWN THEN THEY WILL REFUND ME> ITS DECEMBER 9th, 2012. They are out of business as modchip.ca but probably renamed it with the word modchip still."

"I placed a pre-order for an X360key. Date on website stated December 13th, (and still does). I contacted them again on January 3rd, was told it was still not there, and that I need to wait. No further information is shared on when this will arrive. Have ordered from them in the past, but this order and lack of updates on their page has made me purchase somewhere else. If it happens to come in some day great if not, well at least I've found a new site where I'll do most of my shopping here on out."

"Order placed monday night arrived thursday morning early.Excellent service 2.5 days half way across Canada..I've placed orders with other retailers in my own city that took close to a week .These guys don't mess around.Well packaged all ready to go.Happy to have found a great retailer with a wide selection.They may not have the cheapest price(did some research before purchase),but the service level and quality of service far exceeded my expectations.I would gladly spend the few extra dollars knowing I will have no problems and receive my order before the date implied.Now if only I could expect the same level of service from my local big box store ."
