"The 1 employee who answers the phone (Alana i believe is her name) is rude and disrespectful. I called regarding the delay of my delivery she completely disassociated herself and this business with ownership for the delivery. Suggesting it was my responsibility to track it with FedEx. She totally disregarded my dissattifaction. Never apologized for the inconvenience never offered to help me track the package. According to her FedEx had already shipped it. When I called FedEx they stated it hadn't been shipped yet. I will never do business with Moddeals considering the unprofessionalism displayed by its employee. As a professional I'd like to say she is a poor representation of your company. Good luck in your future success. "
