"Was happy with the ordering process. Alana was very helpful and kind. Was unhappy with the merchandise and the fact that the size chart is inaccurate. Alana again was very helpful with the return and offered me a return label however I was unhappy with the fact that the company did not refund my original shipping costs. They're return page says "full refund" but then below that in a different section it says "In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs." which I find to be not very customer oriented. Unfortunately, although it seems the customer service team is good, the product is not great quality and some of their policies are unreasonable and therefore I will not be purchasing from them again."
