"Ordered an intake for my S4 at 8 AM this morning. They send me an email at 5PM telling me that its on backorder for three weeks. So I'd have to wait the three weeks plus the lag time for them to ship it to me. No thanks. I was at a place where I could have physically purchased the same intake and went home with it but did not because this order was in. I'm currently fighting with them to get my money back. They should consider alerting customers that items are on backorder BEFORE they plunk their cash down on it. That is deceptive advertising. "

Not only did Sean confirm that my initial order was already package and ready for shipping (less than 24 hours later) but he took care of getting me the swag stuff sent out. took a matter of about 5 minutes after he confirmed my order number.
