I purchased the product Sunday and it says would ship in 3 days. Just confused on what the wait is for a company that has the item listed as in stock and only 40 minutes from my house. "
"I ordered and paid for a Unitronic TCU flash last December. They responded right away asking for my Transmission number and revision. I responded after a couple of weeks after the holidays with the requested information, and then crickets. I tried emaiing mulltiple times, Created 3-4 support cases using their support site, but nothing. Finally last Friday I called Unitronic to see if they can help. I told them what was up and they told me that they'd contact Modded Euros for me. Then this morning I finally got a response that mu purchase had gone through and the TCU update was available now for me to install. THEN I got another email from Modded Euros Support basically telling me that since I was unresponsive when they asked for my TCU/revision, that my subsequent requests for help all went to their junk folder. You can decide if this was my fault or theirs, but just think how you would feel in the same situation. Go through a different vendor for Unitronic orders. There are many out there. "
"I have never and mean never experienced such a poor emphasis on customer service in my life!! I bought an IE downpipe for my vehicle that said was in stock and would ship the same business day. Fast forward a week later, 3 emails later, multiple attempts to get somebody on the phone and I have yet to hear anything. I am literally sitting here scratching my head on how any business owner in today’s world would allow such poor customer service. I am really at a loss for words!! I will literally NEVER give this company my business again!! What is sad is that they are headquartered about 90 minutes from me too."
"If I could give it negative stars I would. I purchased over $3K in parts, (CAI, ECU and TCU tune, and Front Strut Brace.) The intake states 21 day back order, ok I get that, but everything else shows in stock ship the same business day and for the tunes, it says assigned in one business day. Modded Euros is quick to process an order, but good luck receiving it. Customer Service must be manned by Casper the Ghost, because I finally emailed them several days ago and was told he would “get back to me.” Never have they gotten to get back to me, even after sending 2 additional emails. However, they’re quick to send promotional emails to buy more products. How about sending me what I paid for first! This place should be shutdown if it even exists!"
"I purchased the intergrated engineering flash tool, ecu, and tcu software for Black Friday. Received the flash tool with no credits applied. Contacted Ken from modded euros and these guys told me the order was completed. How is it completed with I have negative credits when I tried to flash?!? I paid 1400 dollars for a flash tool. They stopped responding to my emails and their phone lines don’t work because of covid? Like how many years ago was that! I contacted intergrated engineering directly and they told me since it was a third party transaction they could not do anything, but the credits should have been applied as soon as I purchased. I contacted modded euros back again, filled out a return form and have never heard back since. What a joke. So now I am out 1400 dollars and all I am left with is an overpriced odb tool. Absolutely, ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and buy direct, these guys are crooks and slimy third party middle men. I wish I could give them 0 stars. "
"I made a purchase on November 21, 2023, Never received a receipt or any email. A few days later, I received an email from customer service rep name ken stating my order will be delayed because of the friday. Not sure what black friday has to do with my order Being delayed but okay. A week goes by, no receipts still, but my card has been charged; no notification its been sent, Nothing! I reached out to the customer service through email received no response. A few days later I called their customer service line which says nobody is answering the calls because of stay at home orders! There has not been stay at home orders for quite sometime now. I have sent 2-3 additional emails to their customer service as suggested per their customer service telephone line, Which states this is the fastest way to get a response. I still have not heard back from the company. Tried to log in so I can cancel the order as this was a Christmas gift for my husband I need to find something else instead for a guaranteed Christmas gift. Their website says my email is not found in their system. However, they've been sending me ads to the very same email they says that is not in their system. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not purchase from them at all, beware, beware, beware. You may not get your order."
"I ordered my stage one tune from this site. I paid 650 bucks for the tune itself. On august 31st 2023. It is now September 14th 2023. They just sent out my product."
"I recently purchased a uni stage + tune with cable from their site only to find out that my VIN was previously used for an existing tune. Cool....
I call unitronic to sort it out and they give me the run around about it being refunded so there is no transfer for me. Great...Retail price it is. Fast forward a week after all the deliberation and "clearing it up" with unitronic.
They have not replied to any emails I have about my EXISTING order. Their customer service line is out. It's beyond frustrating that they can't give me a simple yes/no on if I am even getting what I paid for. I have no clue what is up with the sporadic answers at Modded euros. I've had a good experience in the past, but this is downright ridiculous, I could not recommend them ever again "
"I ordered a couple parts cause they said it fit my tiguan well the parts finally get here and they don't fit at all, not even made for the tiguan and now I'm 280 bucks in the hole and they're ignoring my emails.
They said "our website says it fits" while I'm balls deep in my engine bay looking at it not fit.
I also ordered coilovers from them and they sent me the wrong rear shocks so I had to use my rear oem one. Terrible company so far, will not order from them again "

"Ordered 2 sets of spacers totaling 4 spacers in total and only received 2 spacers and on top of that the spacers had a different center bore than advertised. Contacted them on June 8, 22 and received an email from customer service asking for more photos. They never provided a return shipping label or a refund and it now June 19, 22 and no further contact from them."

Company owner Shawn contacted me and resolved the issue.
Shawn was respectful and refunded me right away.
I would give them another shot due to acceptance of responsibility.
If a company is trying well then I suppose it’s right to give them another try.

I decided to update rather delete because I feel like there needs to be record of when use to be good companies start to dwindle in their service as a whole.
Ended up canceling. Refund was prompt. They are good at that I will say.
I even tried to still shop at there establishment.
Sent a email no response.
Yes I know it's staturday, however I recieved a message from there Customer Service team today.
Ahhh well, I'll shop else where.
Just seems there is a "Doesn't really matter" type of mind set at ModdedEuros.
Some say they have a great experience.
My experience was alot of headaches and wasted time.
So buyer beware is all I'm saying.

Come to the return stage, I get an email saying that the product can’t be returned because it was “installed/attempted to be installed”. What is the point of having a return?"
