I ordered a Unitronic Exhaust system ($1499) primarily cos its said ships next business day. The only think that sold me was that line "Ships next business day"
1. Day one Ordered it Monday (Labor day Holiday)
2. Day two I am looking a Tracking # - and I get none - so issue # one , they don't ship the next day :(
3. Day three I tried calling, get the Vmail. Left a detail vmail but I doubt they heard it cos I did not get called back .. (Courtesy would have one call back if a vmail is left)
4. Day three send email to the support system and don't get a reply, even though it says will get back in 24 hours
5. Day four send mail and thnx to a rep I get a reply back saying item needs to get a tracking # in order for it to be shipped,
6. Day five I send another email stating I need an ETA - no reply as I guess I will need to wait fort 24 hours .. any so I called - nice of the rep to tell me we have the tracking # and I have just sent you an email - I am still waiting for that email :) ..
My only rush was my Sons 21st Bday is Sunday (Day seven) and I wanted to put it in the car when he got back from vaca Sat afternoon (Day six).... I am all for delayed service, but one has to be honest - if it’s not shipped or going to take 10 days tell me and I will sit quiet - don't tell me its shipped the next business day :).. I have 4 more items in the cart and don;t know if i should switch to DAP :)

"You can never get hold of these folks on the phone. They say in stock and ships in 1-2 weeks. Then they try and tell you that meant business days. Three weeks later still not shipped and no response even though they've got my $1200+. Definitely not in stock as stated. These guys are just a marketing front pass through retailer. Shop where someone actually picks up the phone. Lame... "

"Received the intake in a timely manner. Install was quick and simple. Only issue I had with my unit was I'm missing a brace that stabilizes the intake to the motor to the existing mounts from the oem intake. I managed to complete the install without it but I'm sure the part is needed. Overall the sound of the intake is aggressive and provides a nice sound, And the mpgs increased by three or four. "

When asked if it would take the full two weeks I was blown off by the "support" staff.
