I am aggrieved by the conduct of modDIY and believe that this conduct contravenes the Australian Consumer Law.

"So you'll be opted to pay for a nice shipping service. They'll take your money, and pretend to send it to you with the service you paid for. Jokes on you, they send it with free mail shipping from China without tracking. So you pay for airmail shipping with tracking, and instead you get snail mail boat with no tracking. All for a nice sum of money! Then you'll contact customer support because you'll have waited much longer than the promised time frame. And they'll say "because of covid, we took your shipping money, but opted to not send airmail because of the virus" shady. Imagine that. Robbing people of shipping, on dirt cheap screws or cables."
"I ordered from MODDIY for the first time for a 12 pin power plug for my 3090. I had some issues setting up my account (I believe I forgot to confirm some info or messed something up) and when I went to pay for my order it said it was denied but pulled the money from my account. I send a message to their support chat at 1am and got an instant response. Carrie took care of me right away and canceled the weird payment and sent me a direct link for paypal that worked first try as it should. She even told me when I can expect my package and answered all my questions. Many companies sell good products but have horrible customer service, but MODDIY has exceptional quality products and go above and beyond to solve any issues for their customers. 10/10"
