"To whom be reading this, so my friends and I been ordering car parts for a while from listed company; however this time around they have mess up big time. Back in August 23,2023 I have ordered a blow off valve which estimated delivery time was 14 days according to them, so as you can see today is October 2, 2023. I recently called them verify the status of my order, I was told shipment will be out by 11/3. This a irresponsible move, why not tell me right and then if they are out of stock, why have me wait all these time, holding me to finish my project. But I promise it won't happen again, last and last time they hear from me and friends. "

"Purchased connecting rods from them. I received a totally different part. No answer on their phone lines and no call back after a message was left. They refused to send the correct parts or issue a refund until the wrong part was returned. The wrong part was returned, still no refund. They keep putting it off on their "supplier". I didn't purchase from their supplier, I purchased from MAP. This has been a 3 week ordeal. Avoid at all cost, terrible customer service.

"MAPerformance has shown me so far what a competent professional parts supply company should be. Their website is easy to navigate and I usually find the parts I need quickly. The few times that I have had to call, I’m usually greeted quickly. My only complaint would be the search bar can be a little clunky with pre filling my cars info. Sometimes I search for universal parts for different applications and it’ll lead me to the wrong parts. But that’s rare and minor. Keep it up MAP! "
