"This has been the most horrendous online shopping experience I've EVER had! Bought a floor lamp and it took several weeks to get here (and that was after I had to make some calls). Then the lamp arrived defective on several fronts. I've been trying to return it since the day it arrived, which has been about a month, and still no refund. I was communicating with someone at the company through email just fine until I decided to return the lamp but then, all of a sudden, he says email isn't working. I was told I was being issued a refund (about 2 weeks ago) but as of today, no refund and I've received no phone call and I get no response to my numerous emails. I've had to resort to going through my bank to dispute the charge but that's a nightmare in and of itself. Be very wary about ordering from this company! I would give them 0 stars if I could."
