My order was acknowledged after purchasing and did stay in "processing" status for about a week before a shipping notice was sent to me with carrier and shipping details. From the time I placed the order until the day it was delivered, it took just under two weeks. I am very happy with the purchase and the prices at Modern Furniture Warehouse were very competitive and included complimentary shipping."

It required putting the back on the base and that was easy enough. It is a comfortable chair and the quality is about a 7 on a scale of 1-10, so I am pleased. "The desk advertised on the web site indicated that it came with green locker doors. When the desk arrived, the green doors were not included. The manufacturer had discontinued making them 2 years ago but the retailer did not update the web site. The desk top arrived damage as well. The retailer is sending a replacement. We are waiting to receive this."
