"My order of the bedroom set processed quickly, but it came without a chest. I contacted the seller a week ago and they promised to ship it within two days and notify me. I still have not heart anything from them. My wife took a day off to be at home to receive a furniture, now she will need to take another day off to be at home for a chest delivery, if it eventually comes. Pretty bad experience."

I was unable to print up an authorization so Modern Furniture sent me and esign form to save me from having to go out and print it up and fax it. I thought that was very considerate. Cusstomer service top notch."

Next day they update order mentioning that the caolor is not available any more. Most other retailer updated their websites long before..."
"I normally don't write reviews but feel so strongly that this company is a complete fraud, I hope that you will read this and NEVER purchase any item. I purchased a dining room table on 12/30 and was told that it would be shipped in 2 weeks. I didn't receive a confirmation until I called (that should've been my first warning) and was told it would ship in a week. A week came and still no update or table. Had to call several times and each time received a new status regarding my table. After being totally frustrated, I went online and read the reviews and realized that this company is not reputable at all and called to cancel my order. Finally, my order was cancelled but my credit card was never credited. I gave them 7 business days to refund my credit card but they never did..I wasn't surprised. I had to report it as fraud to my credit card. this is the WORST company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MODERN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE."

"was worried that half reviews on DA were good, half bad. Decided to try it out since their listed price was the best for the nightstands i wanted... ordered 2 because it listed 6 in stock. Followed up with customer service...order was in processing. Get an email, sorry item out of stock and discontinued. Live chat rep was nice to talk to and tried to help me order 2 other nightstands same brand, different stock number etc. still have not rec'd a call about those either. This purchase didn't even turn out to be a purchase so how can i rate something i never got?? which reminds me, better make sure my account is credited...."
