"Because I didn't know anything about Modern Mobile I went ahead and started asking questions about the product I was interested in to see what kind of response I would get. I have to say that Omair was very responsive to my emails with answers usually coming within a couple of hours if not sooner or first thing the next day if my email was after hours.
His responsiveness to my emails gave me more confidence in ordering from him which I did this past Sat. Of course orders wouldn't be fulfilled until the next working day which I expected and was shipped first thing Mon. as Omair had told me it would.
