"My review is specific to ordering parts online. Three stars are awarded solely because of the discounted price on dealer parts. Unfortunately the ordering and fulfillment process are less than satisfactory. When ordering, you set your vehicle to show parts for it and confirm fitment. However, the system frequently forgets your vehicle and requires re-entry. After ordering, no updates or tracking (in-person pickup) are given until the order is ready to be picked up. This can mean weeks will pass without an update if a part was backordered. If a part is on backorder, I would much rather know so I can order from an alternate source. "
