I was unable to search for previously ordered material that you no longer have in stock -- I wanted to do that because I needed to know the exact type of shirt (100 cotton, double thick or other qualities) and there is not enough info in the past orders to tell you that. You should keep that info searchable, but state that it is no longer in stock/sold.

One full month after my recent order I then got an email that the second material was not in stock. I figured I would have received the order by then. So I chose another, cheaper, material for the shirt that was ~$70 less... and what did you do? You gave me a CREDIT of $70 off my next order instead of crediting my credit card for the difference. I didn't complain about it because I will likely order again from you. But seriously, you should credit the persons credit card when you cause problems for the customer. Why should you hold my $70?

One good thing is that shipping was VERY QUICK.

And the most important thing: All five shirts are beautiful and fit perfectly. That's what keeps me coming back again, and again, and again. My closet is filled with your shirts!! And I recommend your shirts to everyone I know.

"MT mad me a pair of pants that were so screwed up they had to re-make them... it took almost 2 months to get the problem fixed; i was testing the waters about using MT to make the suits for my wedding party, but since it took them so long i elected to use a local place.
