"Purchased a swimsuit from Modlily,
When it arrived we discovered fabric is not as descried on product page.
Cut is no as illustrated on product page.
Fit is not proportional for average woman.
As product is not as advertised, vendor should be responsible for return shipping. Vendor is refusing cover return shipping.
When posting to comment/review sites, responses from Modlily have been 'boilerplate responses'. It seems that they have identified a negative review and responded with a standard "We are sorry..." response."

SO THE FIRST TRACKING STATED THAT IT ARRIVED IN LOS ANGELES CA ON DECEMBER 23RD @ 11:46 PM (WHICH IS THREE DAYS AFTER I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED) I DID A LIVE CHAT AS THEY HAVE NO PHONES AND I WAS INFORMED THAT I SHOULD BE RECEIVING ANY TIME, SO THE I TRACKED IT THE NEXT DAY DEC 24TH AND NO UPDATE, TRACKED AGAIN ON DEC 25TH AND IT STATED IT ARRIVED TO ANOTHER LOS ANGELES POSTAL SERVICE VIA FAST TRACK @ 2:34AM, CALLED AGAIN AND WAS GIVEN THE SAME LIE AND THEY WOULD BE CHECKING AND SENDING ME AN UPDATE VIA EMAIL (NEVER RECEIVED), THE NEXT TRACKING UPDATE WAS ON DEC 27TH @ 12:48 AM AND IT MADE ITS WAY TO COMPTON CA (WITH IN MILES OF LOS ANGELES, LIVE CHAT AGAIN AND RECEIVED THE SAME STUPIT RESPONCE, WE WILL CHECK AND SEND AN EMAIL (AGAIN NO EMAIL OR UPDATE), DEC 28TH @ 2:36AM IT MADE IT BACK TO LOS ANGELES VIA FAST TRACK EXPRESS, (LIVE CHAT YET AGAIN WITH THE BS AS EVERY OTHER TIME, ON DEC 31ST @ 5:53 AM I TRACKED AND IT WAS I GUESS ON THE TRUCK AND FROM DEC 31ST UNTIL JANUARY 3RD @ 5:55AM IT MADE ITS WAY BACK TO LOS ANGELES (LIVE CHAT YET AGAIN WITH THE BS), NOT ABLE TO SEE TRACKING FOR THREE MORE DAYS AND THEN JAN 6TH @ 6:02AM IT MADE ITS WAY TO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN LOS ANGELES VIA FAST TRACK EXPRESS, AND THEN ON JAN 6TH AGAIN IT MADE ITS WAY BACK TO COMPTON CA @ 3:38PM (AGAIN LIVE CHAT WITH SAME OLD BS AND ALL THE WHILE I HAD BEEN ASKING FOR A REFUND, ON JAN 6TH AGAIN IT MADE IT TO ANOTHER POSTAL STATION IN COMPTOM CA VIA ACI..BY THIS POINT I AM SO ANGRY AND TIRED OF BEING LIED TO, I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT KEEPS BOUNCING AROUND LA/COMPTOM FOR WEEKS, I CALLED THE COMPTOM POSTAL SERVICE ON JAN 9TH AND SPOKE WITH A MS.WILLIAMS AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT THIS IS A BOGUS SHIPMENT AND THEY HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE THE SHIPPING LABEL IS A FAKE AND I NEED TO INFORM SOMEONE, WELL STUPID ME, I LIVE CHAT AGAIN THIS TIME DEMANDING MY REFUND AND THAT I WILL BE REPORTING THEM NOT ONLY TO MY BANK BUT ALSO THE BBB, I SPENT MOST OF YESTERDAY FIGHTING WITH THESE IDIOTS AND THEY BEGGED ME TO GIVE THEM SIX HOURS TO DO THE REFUND (WELL SHOCKING, IT DID NOT HAPPEN), SO I AGAIN HAVE BEEN LIVE CHATING WITH THEM ALL DAY AND STILL GETTING THE SAME LIES, AS I HAVE PROMISED THEM, I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE SCATHING REVIEWS UNTIL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. Advertise free return label but would not honour. Leaves customer to pay.

But has not been resolved or refunded the money.

"I am very happy with the customer service I received, quick to respond and extremely helpful. The only thing I wasn't happy about was having to pay to ship back my items I wanted to return. I received my refund for full amount I paid for the three items but still it cost me over $30.00 to return. I love the clothes I have purchased but they need to change around the sizing - I'm a 16 for most tops but the only option for sizes is LX for size 16 - 18 which most of my tops are bigger then I need. I love the look all of the tops I purchased but they need to make more in cotton material and not polyester. "
