They sell me a flexible ticket but a month before my flight I asked them to change the date and at first they asked for $160 extra and when I accept to pay it, they asked me to pay $417.40 extra again, they SCAMMING people.

"(I'm typing while shaking with rage as I just got off from the phone with the Momondo CS). Giving 1 star is beyond generous. I'm appalled and shocked that this hell hole is still operating.

It's my very first time booking through Momondo. Never had I ever experienced such poor, unprofessional horrible experience in my life. I've been travelling my whole life, and I normally use Skyscanner, but a friend referred me to Momondo. It's the most irresponsible company that I've encountered.

I booked a return flight through Momondo, then It redirected me to eDreams (fuqken eNightmares). They deducted my credit card, but I didn't receive any booking confirmation, only a lousy sketchy 'booking request in process'.

I tried countless of times to contact their CS, but it's so irritating and almost impossible to talk with real agents. Then I ended up making an expensive long distance phone call to London. A super rude obnoxious Indian guy was talking to me. Not sure if he's underpaid, or rather fed up with all of the complaints that he has to bear every minute everyday. It turned out that MY BOOKING WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, he said that they are unable to find the flights, and YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I was furious to say the least, why the fuqk would you publish such availability and take my money if you are unable to process the booking??! Classic scammers, of course it will require at least 7 to 10 days to refund my money. So now, I'm all pssed and with no money to book for another flight. I haven't receive any cancellation refund email from edreams.

Since I'm worried and been anxious all day. Then I tried to reach out to Momondo about this.
Again, a guy answered my call and he kept referring me to their lousy unhelpful website. "please refer to our website on the help section". Why would I make such an expensive long distance phone call and yet being referred to your fricking website. Your website is unhelpful to say the least.

I was explaining my booking process and expressing my frustration on this matter. The CS guy said that he doesn't understand half of what I was saying and kept referring me back to their website. It made me even more furious. Which part of my English you don't understand?? beyond rude and obnoxious. . Then the guy HUNG UP on me. Seriously?? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

SHAME ON MOMONDO to have affiliated with scammers like eNightmares. SHAME! and shame on your poor customer service.
To that guy I was speaking to, whoever you are, I hope you will get sacked asap.

On my recent booking, the cost went up over 300 CAD from the invoice amount due to Budget Air used USD for the conversion. There was no indication of the exchange rate or using the non-Canadian site for booking during the payment; you won't come to know until you see the bank statement! I heard similar stories from several frustrated friends! I contacted BudgetAir.CA, but their customer care executives were rude and offered no support and challenged me to cancel the booking with a fee of $70 per person. "Dealing with Momondo has been one of the most horrible experiences of my entire travel life. Let me start by saying my father was a vice president of a major American airlines and I was a flight attendant, so we have a lot of travel experience. Please remember that this is not a United States based company and therefore Americans have very little protection. We had a problem with our eTicket via third party through Momondo for American Airlines. American Airlines would not touch it because it was third party purchase. We could not reach Momondo because they are out of this country. The third party is Flightbird, some of the most dishonest people we have ever had to deal with. We spent a week and countless hours on the phone over this issue and never got it resolved. In order to get our money back, our bank suggested filing a claim through our credit card company. Momondo might be alright, but they contract with disreputable companies and have no way to provide customer support if something goes wrong. If you have no problems, maybe you can get a cheap ticket. If you have a problem, buyer beware because you will likely never get it resolved."

"I booked tickets to Europe for this past spring and I got a great deal on direct flights to Zurich from Dulles for $545. I realize Momondo does not sell the tickets, it is only a search engine.
I recently tried it again for tickets to Puerto Vallarta. When I went to several of the websites Momondo linked me to the tickets were not available. In fact, one website, Flying.com was advertising RT tickets for $432, but when I went to the site they were over $1,500. This same thing happened when I picked different flights on this website and a couple other websites on Momondo. I think they need to do a better job of verifying what other websites are advertising. I recently came across a price on your website and went to book it. I immedjately took a picture to send my husband as I was going to book it. When I went to book it, it kept continuing on to the flyfar.ca with 1 passenger, even though I put it in for 5 passengers and Momondo gave me the price for 5. So I quickly emailed the contact for feedback and he emailed me back stating that there "We have looked into this, and there seems to be an issue with the way FlyFar.ca is processing the information we are sending to them. I emailed him back stating that your website should honor that price I got. That it wasn't my fault. I haven't heard anything back since. He hasn't evdn responded to me. I think it's ridiculous and non professional. I wouldn't recommend booking with them at all. Poor customer service at its finest.
