"Awful. Avoid at all costs. We now have Trading Standards and the Manufacturer involved. Monitormybaby were quick to take our money but sent us broken goods (the monitor screen is cracked). My wife is extremely upset since the monitor was over £150 and we cannot simply afford another. Monitormybaby have essentially accused us of lying and for months refused to take any action. They eventually offered that we could send it back and they'd look in to fixing it, but this would leave us without a monitor for some time, so obviously it was not workable for us. Every email has taken at least 2 weeks to respond to. In short, they will quickly take your money, but if the product is not as expected (or in working order), don't expect to get any assistance or your money back. Awful company. There are many others to buy from, please avoid monitormybaby."
