"i ordered baseball gloves for my children for christmas on dec 2nd and now after recieving multiple messages asking if i was satisfied with my order and each time i put i have not recieved my package i finally get ahold of a Shauna Doolitle that tells me i canceled your order because you never responded to my messages. then when i tried to find out why she said because it was being shipped to my work address not home address they canceled it well santa cant bring presents to my house before christmas so then after explaining these are my childrens presents she says just reorder it and then when i got mad she rather then being a csr she wanted to start acting like a complete bitch instead of helping the customer she wanted to be a smart ass about every question i asked. I AM THE MANAGER OF A CALL CENTER and if i had any employee in my call room talking to a customer the way she did believe they would no longer have a job. When i asked to speak to a manager she tells me that is not going to happen and if you call back it willl only be me aswell... after multiple calls back i reached a Dennis cruz and he deserves a raise he helped me and got it all fixed but seriously to someone higher up seeing this that chick is not helping your business your really lucky dennis earned our business back..."
