"I usually have a very good experience at Monroe. This time, however, was more frustrating. I brought it in to get the a/c repaired and they told me it would be 45 minutes. Instead I sat there for 3 hours, and it wasn't even fixed. They ordered the part they needed and I called to schedule an appointment. When I got there, they told me they weren't expecting me, so instead of taking an hour, it took two. And again, it still wasn't fixed. After spending $100 in parts I didn't need, they told me the real problem is a $500 part, which I will have to wait on. "
