"Poor service and the job was not done correctly. Dropped car for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Employee running late races into parking lot squealing his tires while I was checking in. On picking up car, I found the tires had not been removed from the vehicle. The assistant manager blamed some individual that had left for the day and had the tires rotated while I waited. Wonder how they checked the brakes for State Inspection without removing a tire. Oil Service indicator was not reset, which I did myself after I found out the next day. NOW AS A FOLLOW UP--The manager called me when he found out about the poor service and offered his apology,let me know some of the actions he took because of the incident and offered to work with us on future service. I may consider using them again because of the quick action of the manager. "

"We had a so-so experience with Monro. The tires were great, but the service took 1 hour and 45 minutes longer than we were told. I had to return the car the next day because the tires were not balanced correctly, and the car shook when driving above 65 mph. This second visit was a good one. They corrected the problem very quickly, and the car drives great."
"Your service is a joke, after this current experance I DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS SHOP !!!! I went to this shop for an oil change, about 3 weeks latter I checked my oil and found that it was overfilled. I went back to the shop and rather than doing what I would expect (drain the oil and refill with the correct amount) My car was put on a rack one guy under it and another on a 6 foot ladder with a vacumn cleaner by the engine, not sure what he was doing when I asked I got the responce "You did not see that", I said yes I did and he made some sort of joke about it. so I am still not sure what was done to my car but this shop will not see me again. "

"I went to this location on 4/26/13 for a price quote on tires and a check up on struts they changed a while ago. I returned on 5/02/13 to get tires put on the car and they said because of all the trouble I had gone through they could get the tires down to $200. I was promised the road hazard plan would cover the tires that didn't last before but they said it was some sort of strut issue and changed them for $600. This guy now is telling me that they never changed the struts. I payed for them. I end up getting home and start thinking the tires looked a bit off. I checked the receipt to the quote I had and they put some random knock off brand tires on instead. They also lost a wheel center cap and broke a bass control knob and denied everything. The cap wasn't missing when I got there and the knob was working when I dropped the car off. Will never return to this store. "
"Monro in Hudson, NH is a shop that focuses on customer satisfaction. The work is done properly, usually on time, and courteously. They have their own style and check-list of items and protocols, but not too much as to impact time or burden the customer with non-essentials. The shop is fairly clean, or cleaner than most in this kind of business. Free wi-fi would be a nice touch."

"First, let me start off by saying that I am a woman. My typical experience with any tire/service center is not that great, mostly because I keep up with the maintenance on my car and I know what it is in need of in terms of regular maintenance (it also helps that my boyfriend works in the automotive industry ;)). The Monro franchise in Lancaster, OH has never tried to sell me something I didnt need. I have taken it there directly from another chain store and was told that everything the other place had tried to sell me was unnecessary. These gentlemen treat me with respect, are very nice, and while the prices may be a little high for service work, they have the best value on tires that I could find. Plus, the lobby is clean! I can go there before work or on my lunch break and not feel like I need to change my clothes from sitting in the seats while waiting on my car to be finished. The guys that i've run into in Lancaster are respectful and seem genuinely happy to see me when I come in. They also take my concerns seriously. They even did a check of all my tires when I brought my car in with a screw in a sidewall while i watched just to make me feel better. These guys are awesome!"
