"I was very impressed with the service that I received at Monroe in Reisterstown Md. Specifically shop 419. The staff is very professional and I love that they take me out to my car and show me exactly what needs to be done. Some places make you feel like they are trying to get over on you because you are a women, but they really made me feel like I was part of the process and that I was respected as a person and customer. They also automatically apply any coupons or discounts to your bill. This was awesome because sometimes you're not aware that there are online coupons when you come in. Another plus is that the General Manger Mike and Manager Kevin can be seen also working on cars. I was kind of surprised because I always thought management stayed behind a desk but they are truly involved in every aspect of the business. Their professionalism trickles down to their mechanics and makes your experience even better."
