"Over all I'd say that the work performed was just a hair under par. My biggest gripe however is the cost of parts through Monro. The intermediate pipe for my car was $256 from Monro but three local parts retailers had the same part and they were all under $130 for the part. I had asked about purchasing the part my self to have them install and I was told they wouldn't warranty the part or the labor performed. I understand not warranting the part but why wouldn't they still stand behind their work? To me this just sounds like a way to force customers to buy more expensive parts."
