"I ordered four toners from this company. Two for my Samsung ML2510 and two for my Brother MFC8120. Upon receipt of the order, I immediately inserted the 2510 toner. I was rather dismayed that it was defective. There were little round circles on both the left and right side of the margins. I thought maybe it was a fluke thing and tried the other cartridge. It did the same exact thing. So, because of the odds that the other two may be defective (I didn't need them yet but I wasn't going to keep them considering the first two of the four were defective)I returned the whole order. I was appalled when I received their determination that I would have to pay the $11.95 for the "free shipping"; not to mention the fact that I had to pay over $10 to RETURN the DEFECTIVE cartridges. Am I crazy that I would be upset for having to pay ANYTHING because they sent me defective products? This is a travesty and at the very least fraud as far as I'm concerned. They should be put out of business and prosecuted as such. How many others have they done this to?"
