Please advise as to when the replacement rifle will be shipping as I show that it was received at your location on Friday, January 28th. This is my 9th e-mail to you and as of today I still have not received a reply from you or your company.
I had the hope that the customer service from Monsterairsoft might have improved since my initial order with your company back in December and it seems that has not been the case. Your excuse then was that you did not have the product in inventory thus the delay in the shipping of the item.
As of today, you have $190 of my money (actually the money is my 13 y.o. son's, who used his savings to purchase your product) and I (he) don't have a product to show for it except some airsoft BB's and a magazine.
Your company should really be ashamed of the lack of customer service that you provide or I should say that you don't provide to your customers and evidently such a case of horrible customer service is a reflection on you and your company.
Please reply back to me ASAP and let me know when I can expect you to send a new airsoft gun to replace the defective that has been sent back to your company.

Orderded 12/26/2010, it's now 1/10/2011, can't get a response from them. I now believe I've been scammed. BBB says Mr. Joe Coxe in Texas is the "Principal."
Update. 1/11/2010 they offer a refund that will be processed within 24 hours. It's now 1/18 and as I expected, still no refund.

"The WORST Customer service I have ever had! I ordered a gun and paid for expedited shipping to have it here in time for my son to take it on a trip. I sent an email the day it was supposed to arrive and received a response the next day saying that the gun would go out on the 21st. I emailed and called back to tell them that I needed that gun by no later than the 22nd (paid for expedited shipping!!) NO response. I called and sent an email on 10/22 to cancel the order - my son no longer needed it.
I thought that was the end of it - you can imagine my surprise when FedEx showed up at my door the next week with the gun - I refused the shipment and went back and immediately called my credit card company - but the charge was already on there. Probably the bill was processed before my order was even processed. I left yet another voicemail for the company to let them know the situation and asked for someone to call me back to get this resolved. Again, no response - so I called my credit card company back and explained the entire story to them and they did their investigation and informed me that they would do the credit.
Then - I get the following email from Monster Airsoft
"We received a chargeback for an unrecognized charge to your credit card. The charge was under “X-Smart” and that is for your airsoft purchase made on the 16th of October in the amount of $50.93 (Order #7634). Please call you credit card company to reverse the chargeback. The credit card company will charge you a fee if they receive proof of receipt from us (which we can provide) so please handle this issue promptly."
So, I spent another half hour doing my homework of pulling all of my emails to prove that I tried to contact them multiple times and refused shipment and sent all of that on to them to resolve the issue.
This is the email I got the next day - no apology and even a hint of sarcasm in his response.
"Okay, I was somewhat confused about the delivery part. I see now that we did receive the package back and we will eat all of the chargeback fees plus shipping costs. Does that make you happy?"
I waited to post my review to see how they would handle this last communication - My answer is "NO" this whole situation has left me furious! The only silver lining is that I will now check out references for companies before I order from them online. I would make that suggestion to everyone as well.
And, if you are thinking of ordering from Monster Airsoft - I would think again!

"Bought 3 guns, one was a CMYA 028 AK47. This gun worked fine the first day then started having problems with the motor stalling and not firing the gun. Was not a battery, clip, ammo, or jamming problem. Monster Airsoft did not return any email, never answer their phone and have left me stuck with a lemon. I'll never order from them again. Also if you don't send them an email within 3 days of receipt your warranty is expired."
"Yeah, they have the best prices on AEGs and the shipping was fast and it was packaged well. I had a few questions prior to ordering and also had a couple of problems relating to my purchase and they were more than helpful with my questions and concerns about my airsoft purchase. I trust them and will be buying from them again in the near future."
