"The pen refills used to cost more but they had free shipping. Now the refills cost less but there is standard shipping. I think shipping costs should be comparable to the weight of the item actually being sent. There is no way it costs $6.95 to ship 4 little pen refills"

"I was looking for a micro point pen that would write very fine lines. The web site indicated that the Uniball Vison Exact Micro point pens had a 0.2 mm point, which is what I wanted, since other pens I own have a 0.5 mm point. I ordered a box of blue and a box of black pens based on the info on the web site. When I received them, the box noted that the pens, although labeled micro, had a 0.5 mm point. So, I ended up buying two boxes of pens that did not fit my need due to erroneous information on the web site. I will not be using this seller again."

"I ordered 7 refills (5 of one type and 2 of another) from Montgomerypens.com and received 5 incorrect refills. I tried to call after normal business hours and the phone simply rang and rang with no answer or voice mail. This was my first time purchasing from them, so this lack of any type of after-hours answering system concerned me, so I decided to submit a request for replacement / exchange via their website and also by email rather than wait and try to call again the next morning. I was very happy when they responded via email first thing the next morning with an apology for the mistake followed by a shipment notification for the correct refills. Anyone can make a mistake. It's how you deal with those mistakes that's important and defines your level of commitment to the customer and to providing great customer service. In my opinion, Montgomery Pens handled this mistake in the best possible way - with outstanding customer service! I will do business with them again."
