"The shipping was SO much faster than I expected. From the day I ordered the shipment, the car was picked up 2 days later and delivered 3 days afterward. So from time of order to time of delivery was only 5 days. What I wasnt too much for were the numerous emails and different people I had to speak to and the number of emails from different vendors. This however, did not negatively impact my impression of the transporter. The one thing that did was the estimated time of delivery. I received a call that I would receive a call in about 2 hours when they were an hour away and it ended up being 5-6 hours total. This and there was no way of getting an guestimate of when the vehicle would be delivered. I was told sometime in the morning but it was delivered late afternoon. Not a big deal but it created problems with scheduling to be there and had to end up having a friend meet for the delivery of the vehicle otherwise I would've missed work. Overal I think the experience was great. There was no negative feelings from the experience. The feedback provided is just feedback if the company is looking to improve. "
